Great supplement for me. Capsule is easy to swallow and gave me no issues. Will buy again when it's time.

Taste is not so pleasant. I'm seeing better lab results after 6 months of use. More energy! Better sleep! Improvement in weight loss. I've lost 20 lbs in 6 months. I didn't change my diet but I did begin to work out 3x a week.

Solid supplements from a solid company. I did some research and invested in this product and am happy I did. No taste, low odor, easy on the stomach.

The pills are easy to swallow but you have to drink lots of water since it leaves me feeling like I am choking. I haven’t experienced any aftertaste from it so that’s a good thing from it. I’m not sure about it being effective since I just started taking about 2-3 pills a day and haven’t experienced much from it. The quality of the ingredients seem to be good though.

I have been wanting to incorporate greens into my daily routine but never could get around to trying any of those green drinks you see advertised everywhere. I have always enjoyed Ancestral Supplements. Don't hesitant on this purchase.

I have been on AS supplements for over three years. I wasn't quite sure if I was sold on the 'Greens' prior to purchasing. After only four days, and taking as always recommended and starting slow, I am blown away as to how much better I am sleeping. Every night since I started taking it, eight hours of rest. It is the only thing I have done differently this week. As a side note, I was on Ambien for an extended period of time years ago, and it was dreadful coming off of the medicine. I have been off of the medicine for approximately four years, but still impacted by the damage it did to my sleep pattern. I ordered the Greens for the overall benefit and I'm ecstatic at how it has helped me not only fall asleep, but stay asleep. I will be adding this to my automatic delivery.

These were highly recommended by my good friend! I had to purchase an additional bottle because my young adult son started taking these and said they worked great and he could feel a difference in his gut and workouts!
