They are tight and comfortable
The quality of these compression socks are excellent. They feel tight enough and yet comfortable even after wearing it for over 8 hours

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Compression Socks – Built to Last!
I’ve been using JOBST Relief Knee High Compression Socks for years, and they are simply the best quality available! Made in Germany, these socks provide excellent support, fit perfectly, and truly make a difference in comfort and circulation. I’ve tried cheaper alternatives, but they barely last a few washes before losing their effectiveness. JOBST, on the other hand, seems to last forever! If you want reliable compression socks that hold up over time, don’t waste money on inferior brands—just go with the best! Highly recommend! 👌🧦🇩🇪

Not one size fits all
I have lymphedema, which fortunately, has been well-controlled with Jobst custom compression socks. I decided to give these generic Jobst socks a try to see if I like them. Measure your leg dimensions carefully, because this item is non-returnable. These socks do a good job of compressing my lower legs and feet, keeping my lymphedema under control. However, the foot length part of these socks are made for someone with size 5 feet. The heel portion of these socks just reaches the arch of my size 15 narrow feet. If I pull the socks any tighter, my already bent hammer toes just get even more cramped. My custom Jobst socks include silicone dots around the top, inside part of the socks to help them stay pulled up all day long for several miles of walking. These generic socks don't include that feature and so they tend to creep down my calves with as little as a mile of walking. My custom socks cost about $400 per pair, but insurance helps out a lot. These generic socks look nicer. I wish Jobst made these for feet as long as mine so they'd be more comfortable for me.

These work. The cheap ones don't.
I've tried some of the cheap alternatives and they didn't work at all. These make a big difference. They keep the swelling under control.

Good quality
Comfortable to wear. Easier to put on and take off than others I have tried.

Pricey and odd fitting
I have worn many pairs of compression socks as I am on my feet for 12-24 hours in my line of work and these are simply amazing at maintaining blood flow while minimizing swelling in feet and calves. That being said, this brand is very oddly shaped. It was too loose in the feet and ankles, and slips down mid calf despite not rolling down. I have never had a pair fall down like this, especially when below the knee joint where there is no movement to cause it to roll. The compression is not even throughout the sock, and I suspect that the uneven compression is why they fall down. I did order the correct size, and as I already wrote, I wear compression socks daily for my job so I am well familiar with how to wear them, care for them, and correct measurements. This pair does not hold a candle to any pair I have, and was pricey to purchase. I have about 7 pairs of closed-toe and 3 pairs open toe, and I rotate them through and not one other pair is like this.

Great fit, easy to put on. Win. Win.
I need a petite length and these are perfect. I ordered them based on the measurements taken at the doctors office and they are just right. I will definitely be ordering this brand again.

Two Thumbs Up
*** UPDATED REVIEW: These stockings were delivered to me on December 5, 2016. I have been wearing them consistently, five days a week, since I received them. I own four pair in total, and I do not wear a pair more than twice before washing them in an effort to prevent them from becoming stretched out. I have followed the instructions that came in the box with regard to washing and caring for the stockings. I am sad to say that out of the eight individual stockings I own, three of them have already reached a point where they will not stay in place for a full day. I usually can't tell when I'm wearing one of the bum stockings because first thing in the morning, they fit as expected; however, by lunchtime, it'll always give itself away by starting to creep down my leg. After not quite three months, having to replace something as pricey as compression stockings is very disappointing. I have changed my rating to three stars on account of this issue. *** ORIGINAL REVIEW: Having recently found out that I am genetically predisposed to blood clots, I chose to start wearing these stockings because I have a desk job. My job requires me to sit - if I'm not sitting, I'm not working, and I generally work 9-10 hours a day. It's hard to say whether or not this product does what it's supposed to do ... I'm not going to know if it helps prevent blood clots unless I never get one while I'm consistently wearing them. I will say that I do not like the seam at the toe-end of the stockings - it tends to rub against the ends of my toes in a very painful way - and the elastic around the back of my knees irritates my skin, but I've found that using Gold Bond Friction Defense (I use the roll-on type) helps with that. Honestly, I can't recommend this product strongly enough if you have a sedentary job and/or lifestyle. Dealing with the minor discomforts of a compression stocking are a small price to pay for the peace of mind that you're helping prevent your body from developing blood clots.
