Love it
I’m 62 years young and wanted to try something new. This hoop is the perfect size and weight for me. I’m 5’2, 120lbs. I watched YouTube videos for beginner hooping and I’m so happy I’m doing this. I was able to keep this hoop going after only 3 failed attempt. It’s definitely a good workout! Can’t wait to improve my skills and hoop around to some great music! Love it! Easy to assemble without any problems!

Great hoop!
I really like the hoop itself but one of the pieces broke after 2 days, causing another pieces to become stuck. Now I can only use it as a small hoop :(Update: the seller was very understanding and sent me a replacement hoop.

The Best Hula Hoop !!
Love it!!! Bought several other brands but the came apart after a few uses. I have had this one for several months. I use it twice a day for 20 minutes. It’s weighted 3.2 lbs I have lost 3 inches in my waist! Don’t waste your money on any other brand! This one is the best by far!Easy to assemble but unless you have strong hands it is a little difficult to get apart. That’s the only negative. That’s why I deducted 1 star.

Thick and heavy
Definitely good and solid to use for a workout but man oh man will you have to build hips of steel because it hurts a bit and will bruise and bump ya it is definitely heavy and takes a while to get used to but overall a good workout.

Well made hoop
This hoop is VERY well built! It has a nice feel to it. It was relatively easy to work. Unfortunately, I had to return it as I have a back problem and a very tender body. I was able to put it together and take it apart myself (which surprised me since I don’t have good finger strength!). I would recommend the seller include a small tool to help with that process. I will recommend this well made hoop for anyone who has a toned body and loves a real workout! However, I am 75. I suppose I need a well built unweighted hoop.

Excellent.
The hoop wasdelivered straight to my home. Fife minutes later I started trying to spin the hoop. I'M 67. I do not feel any weight of this hoop at all! It is easy for me to spin. Excellent feeling of load. Thank you!

once it's together it can come loose so I had to use tape to keep it together
