Omega 3 is one of the good fats that one should everyday. It has lots of potential upsides, mainly help keep a good heart health and help control joint issues (arthritis). Apparently, omega-3 may reduce triglycerides even though it may increase the good (HDL) and the bad (LDL) cholesterols. I like Maximum Slim, Max Omega-3 as it is easy to swallow and does not leave a fishy aftertastes or burps. One, however, should be cognizant that omega-3 is a blood thinner and should not be taken together with other blood thinners, even natural ones, such as Turmeric. I would have given this product 5 stars if the distributor Maximum Slim had had it tested by an accredited third-party lab for quality, content and efficacy, which as I see it, is a wise way to build credibility.

I thought I was getting 3 bottles and turns out it is only 2. But picture on Amazon shows 3 bottles when you are ordering. Then on myorder when I got o review doesn't show how many bottles.

The presentation makes it look like your getting 3 bottles. When reality your just getting one.

It's never a good sign when a fish oil product causes fish burp. Max Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills do, even when taken near the end of a meal. That sort of a deal breaker for me because I really can't stand regurgitating fish oil. I appreciate the potency of this product, but that one thing will keep me from getting it again.Made in the USA~ Kort

I'm no health geek, but health professionals say to take fish oil supplements so I do. I honestly can't really notice a big difference when I take them vs when I don't, but maybe I'm just not giving them enough time to make a difference. These are more affordable than some fish oils, which is nice.Unlike some other posters, I did notice a fishy aftertaste. Especially if I take them with a protein shake or without having a solid meal in my stomach. It's not so terrible as to deter me from taking them, just a heads-up. The pills are large but not unmanageable. I agree with other posters that the product image should not show three bottles if they're not going to ship three bottles.

I have used Omega 3 supplements for both cholesterol and anti-inflammatory benefits. Fish oil is also beneficial for those with high triglycerides. The serving size is 2 softgels (60 softgels per container). I was surprised that there is no fishy aftertaste which is unusual for an Omega-3 supplement. The capsules are fairly large but easy to take/digest.
