Great exfoliation soap, just be gentle! It can be quite abrasive. Follow instructions and scrub gently and for the length of time. Clears up bumps on upper back for men and for women with pink chicken skin looking bumps on legs/thighs/butt (sometimes called KP but we don’t have a formal dx), it seems to work wonders! Best when used routinely. Bought the lotion too, but we don’t use that often as the soap seems to do the trick, very effective and easy!

Definitely gritty but it has worked well for my dermatitis. Better than other otc preps. Saw improvement in 1 week.

I love First aid Beauty as a brand so I was excited to see if this would really help my Keratosis bumps. It's something I've struggled with since birth and has always been an insecurity of mine. This product won't get rid of your red bumps completely (you will still have visible red spots) but it's done wonders for helping smooth my skin. It recommends to use only twice a week but if you moisturize a lot I think you can get away with using it more often. For the first time in life my skin feels soft!

Absolutely love this product! Been using it for a while now. Really does get rid of the red bumps on your legs and makes them just after pedicure soft!! Have recommended to several people I know struggle with the same thing.
