Very nice natural strawberry flavor (so a bit bitter but still delicious). Easy to use dropper. Pretty happy with the ingredients. Got this to try after being diagnosed with a vitamin d deficiency and it has helped.

When I found out my red blood count was low, it was recommended I try B12. After doing some research on the best type and best way to take it I started searching. I'm glad I came across this because it is liquid and has the folate with it. After about 21 days I noticed my legs didn't hurt as much after work. Previously I thought the pain was due to sciatica, but it was the low RBC. This has been a real help for me. Added bonus that it tastes like candy.

It gets your B12 levels up quickly. I don't take the full dose like I used to. My morning starts with a half dropper per morning with my Vitamin D.

This product has a great taste, however I did buy this product based on reviews stating that buyers felt the difference in energy immediately or relatively soon. I’ve only been taking it a few days but I haven’t felt any different than I did before taking it. My energy is no better or worse. I’m exhausted constantly and nothing has changed for me using this product as of yet. The strawberry flavor is very pleasant. I read reviews that thought it tasted like cough syrup but I completely disagree, it’s very fruity and sweet. I will finish the product I bought and hope that it starts to make a difference!
