I really liked the subtle taste of this product. Great quality as it mixed and dissolved nicely in shaker with just water and could be drank with nothing else added but water. I feel it has also helped curve my appetite and snacking.

I purchased this product because it promised weight loss. It did just the opposite. I gained 4 pounds in 3 days and also had headaches and loss of energy. Definitely would not recommend this product to anyone!

It didn't work for me because I lost control of my movement while away from my home. Gave it to my wife and she is afraid to take it as she was with me away from home when I had no control of my movement.

Product received in time and in good condition. It tastes great. I hasn’t been a full month yet of using it so can’t for sure say if it works or not.

Very mild in chocolate flavor, but add it and a little sugar free chocolate syrup to a 8oz glass of skim milk and you've got a delicious drink. Wait to see just how much 'weight' this will help dispell!!

Super easy to incorporate into my diet, just add to 8oz water and consume 25-30 minutes before my first meal of the day. My tummy is getting flat again, and I’m 56 and post menopausal. I didn’t want to get resigned to accepting my fatty belly just because of my age. I, also, couldn’t do strength training or stressful workouts because of a devastating diagnosis. A friend recommended this product to me because she lost 18 lbs recently without changing her diet or working out, the only thing that she changed was adding this to her morning routine. I don’t do weigh ins, but, after 6 months I’m down 3 dress sizes and I have to buy all new pants!
