This product helps relieve eye strain. I have used it for many years, and in my experience, it does exactly what it claims—it helps reduce eye strain. I find it reliable and effective for ongoing use.

I use this when my back goes out on me. After a small amount of shoveling the next morning my back was so stiff I could barely walk. I used arnica Montana, rhus tox & Ruta graveolens together. Within 20 minutes my back was normal-no stiffness.
