Great products and always on time.

The package contained cut and sanded wood, screws and 2 metal brackets - my heart sank! However, when assembled it makes a really secure and sturdy structure which is better than I expected. Why 4* rather than 5* - simply price!

This arrived in a box made from two cardboard boxes taped together. Inside, the kit was shrink wrapped but with several holes, the screws were all loose inside the shrinkwrap and many had fallen out / gone missing. Fortunately I had my own screws here at home so completed the assembly, which was straightforward and it looks fine in situ. It's easy to customise, I shortened it on one of the long sides, simple matter of sawing down a couple of the bits of wood.

Found rebated corner posts badly machined on depth, caused post to twist, had to use packing's so that cross balustrades would fit flat on corner post. very poor German product.. Should have bought another car instead with German engine in.

Sturdy and well made. Require some customisation in almost all circumstances.
