What fitting is used to connect to the mains water supply hose via the bottom joint with the rubber o-ring?

I connected my brass tap with a hose pipe plastic fitting connector

Is the inlet connection a 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch push fit hose connector?

The inlet is a standard male hose fitting which takes any hose end connector from the likes of Hozelock or Gardena which can be picked up on Amazon or from any hardware store or garden centre. It has a hose connector inlet and a standard 3/4in threaded outlet, which again will take any standard Hozelock or Gardena tap connector.

Is a garden tap age restricted to purchase

We do not have any photo id so were refused delivery today. We thought it could be used for a pipe for smoking drugs ha ha. But checking on here you can buy bongs and pipes with no age restriction, very weird. Arranged delivery for tomorrow no id required.
