They work.
I ordered these for my wife’s alpha gear zulu. They look nice and have held up so far. They’re a little longer than the originals so they poke out just a tad, but they look nice.

Not a replacement for Casio screws
If you're buying these, thinking they can replace your Casio screws, there's a good chance that the "heads" on it will be too big to fit into the holes. They're thicker than the original ones. Also the threads are a little bit shorter, not quite the same quality as the Casio screws.
