The media could not be loaded. My package got held up and delayed a few days. Customer service were delightful and very helpful. The tree came today & it’s tall, full and serves its purpose amazingly. The legs are metal and very sturdy, the lights are bright but not white glare bright. The color is lovely & the tree just looks great. 10/10 worth the money.

I love this tree it's the perfect size 9ft trees are usually over $300 this one was $200 and it's pre lit.

Easy to put together and fluff up. The middle to top of the tree is a bit sparse, while the bottom is fuller. With ornaments it looks nice but for the price and what was advertised, I expected better.

Nice tree for the money. It wasn't skimpy and full of gaps. Putting it together was easy and it is stable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another if I needed it.

I didn’t plug it in before setting it up and the entire top part of the tree didn’t light up. Turns out the strand was cut. It’s also not as full as the pictures make it out to be, even though I fluffed it like crazy. Would not buy again.
