I am completely satisfied with the product earlier i bought chicco sterliser for my baby bottles but alot of water used to be there after sterilisation and as adviced bt doctors ...not even a drop of water should go in mouth unless 6 months ...i went to buy this ...and today i am completely satisfied with the product ..it completely dries out the bottles and accessories so yes i love the product..

I regret purchasing the VEGA sterilizer and dryer. It stopped working within 9–10 months of use, clearly pointing to poor product quality. But the real nightmare began when I reached out to their customer service. 1. Return Process Hassles: They asked me to courier the product for repair at my own cost without any guidance to document its condition beforehand. This shows a total lack of accountability or concern for customers. 2. Unjustified Damage Claim: After they received the product, they claimed it was "damaged from the corner" – something that was NOT true when I sent it. I suspect it got mishandled during transit despite the intact outer packaging. The blame was conveniently placed on me. 3. Random Repair Charges: They quoted an arbitrary repair fee with no official breakdown of costs or justification, making the whole process feel like a money grab. 4. Shocking Customer Service: Their team was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solutions or willingness to investigate the issue properly. The whole experience felt like they prioritize dodging responsibility over resolving customer issues. This experience has left such a bad taste that I will never purchase another VEGA product. I’ve also advised my family and friends to avoid VEGA altogether – it’s simply not worth the hassle for a product that fails within a year and is backed by terrible after-sales policies. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend steering clear of VEGA products. Don't make the same mistake I did. Spend your hard-earned money on a brand that stands by its products and respects its customers.

Completely satisfied with the product . Very effectively cleaned the bottle not a single drop of water found in bottle after sterilization

I could have bought a cheaper product but instead opted for a trusted brand, alas , results not so different. Fan started giving some weird noise in 3 months, cleaned filters but still the same. Truely disappointed .
