We've been using ours for two weeks and are very happy with it, we would strongly recommend it to friends and family. It came well packaged. It's very sturdy, the track is a perfect length for walking we don't run. The digital display is nice it even shows your step count. It goes up and down smoothly and the speed increase and decrease work smooth also. Overall it's well built.

I bought a similar product at one point and had to part with it because I moved. After using the incline feature more on machines, I decided on this brand again. One of the main reasons, is the incline and the wheels at both ends of the machine. It was a cinch to put together. You can unpack and use it in a matter of minutes. They pack it well, with wood and bind the box up. The box was really heavy getting in my small apartment. But after all the fuss is stripped away, the frame itself is fairly compact and not a beast to deal with at all. After using it fairly regularly with the app, I'm quite pleased. It does everything you need, its not loud and gets to speed and adjusts quickly. The spaces for water etc are roomy. I can put my tablet or phone in the holder. It doesnt have a USB port for charging or a fan. A plug would be helpful, and an auto shut off or way to power down from the console as improvements. The app has fun workouts that are pretty awesome and totally free with it. How many on here boast that? Im now already paying for an on demand app that doesnt give me kettlebell workouts (which imho are an advanced exercise) or guided scenic workouts. I love the interval workouts which are based on your machine. They have them for all the machines they offer!! If you get a spin bike, rower - you've got classes. Its not intuitive to your machine. Meaning, the incline goes up when the workout does. You adjust this, probably for safety. Everyones ability is different. You can't stream from their website. You have to connect your device to a TV or laptop if you want to use a larger screen. I don't use the safety clip and i never have. But it won't work without it. It was so easy to do the Amazon payments with this. Thank you Amazon! The company is based in the US and Im glad to support that. Would buy it again and again!

Box was damaged in shipment, but treadmill was ok as the packaging was excellent. It's definitely a 2 person lift as it's quite heavy. Assembly is very easy and took me about 20 min. After lubing under the mat, I turned it on and it works like a champ. Haven't used the Bluetooth or the app they recommend as I use my ear buds and listen to music, another plus is the automatic incline which works well. I also like the way you can fold it to move it out of the way. In short I'm very happy with the purchase and if your looking for a treadmill, look no further as this is pricey but worth it

The treadmill seems decent for the price, however, the first time I used it the on/ off toggle switch broke and the unit is stuck on. In order to power off, it must be unplugged from the wall. This should not happen the first day the product is used. I have reached out to Sunny's support and will update with their remedy to my issue.If this occurred on the first day, it makes me wonder what will break next. Unsure if this is a product worth keeping.Update: returning the treadmill. The company offers replacement parts and guidance on installing them. Brand new equipment that I'm supposed to fix. No thanks. I prefer to buy something that lasts longer than 1 day. Return started thru amazon.

This is a nice treadmill and very reasonably priced. The most difficult thing about putting it together was getting it out of the box. It's packed well, but it's heavy. Once you have it out, it only requires minimal assembly. The problem was the little bottle of treadmill lubricating oil was punctured in shipping (or in packing) and it leaked all over the owner's manual and warranty card. There was less than 1/4 of a bottle left, not enough to lubricate the treadmill belt. I emailed Sunny and explained the problem and requested a new bottle of oil. They replied with a list of things I had to do to prove I actually bought the machine from them: model #, date of purchase, screen shot of the Amazon receipt, etc, etc. Just a bunch of unnecessary hoops to jump through. It's not as if I was asking for replacement parts; just a tiny bottle of oil. Rather than jump through all their hoops, I ordered 3 bottles of treadmill oil from Amazon, total cost? About 7 bucks. Sunny needs to really look at their customer service, because they make good products, but their service leaves much to be desired. I had bought a Sunny Row and Ride, a Sunny stationary bike, and now the treadmill. Was happy with all of them. Not so much their customer service.

I received this treadmill on time as promised and it was easy to assemble! My step son did help carry it in the house, as it is heavy. My husband is a pastor and happened to have to write a sermon and prepare a funeral service in the same day so I took on the challenge of assembling this myself and I had zero problems! I’m 5’5 and weigh 126 lbs. of course it’s a struggle to maneuver at times but since we live on a ranch, I’m used to lifting heavy things. Anyway, I have been impressed with the quality so far and have used it a few times since getting it assembled. I am leaving a positive review because the reviews are the reason I made this purchase in the first place! I normally would never make a big purchase like this sight unseen, so I wanted to help anyone else that was skeptical like I was!
