After a hard ride, I tried the Skratch Labs Recovery drink. I mix all my Skratch Lab powders in a cup of hot water to make sure the it dissolves completely before add cold water and sometimes ice. This method works well for me.I was very happy with the result I got from using the Recovery Drink. I do the same training ride two to three time a week and this time I didn't need to rest after the ride. It tastes pretty good and I felt good all day!

Good flavor, reminds me of a rice pudding with cinnamon. Easy to mix and has the right elements for a post workout recovery.

I like the taste, flavor and the ingredients.Tip, the powder doesn't quite desolve in cold water. Need to mix it with half cup of hot water first then add cold water.

Skratch has quality ingredients with the exact nutrition I am looking for. The Vegan oat milk tastes great with water, plant milk or blended with ice.

This recovery shake works really well for me.For hard workouts I use two scoops for lighter ones just one. Scratches version of a recovery drink is spot on imo. It has all the good things that a supplement should have and tastes great! Some complain about the amount of sugar, but for me I adjust the amount I use based on the intensity. I would just like to see them offer this in a bulk package at a discounted rate. The largest you can get now is 2.6lbs. Sounds like a lot but it goes fast.

Delicious! I’m always hesitant to try any milk based sports drinks and this one completely beat my expectations. I got the Horchata flavor and it’s so good. If you like an iced chai latte, you’ll like it a lot.

I had always used endurox chocolate in the past. It has become impossible to find. This product is as close to that as I have ever found. Very good product. I highly recommend.

Updated review:After a not so great experience with the first product I ordered, the company offered a refund, as is their policy! I then ordered the vegan chocolate version and it was amazing.
