I cant function without this stuff in my smoothie! I recently ran out and found my cognitive skills diminishing without it. Lost my keys, my sunglasses and started forgetting things at work. The powder blends easily into the fruit with my Vitamix and I cant taste it all. This powdered mushroom blend is an effective way to get the essential nutrients into your body. I am going to try adding it to some flour for dredging chicken next and see how it goes. I get about 3 weeks worth of daily doses of about a tablespoon per smoothie making this a great value for the price. The size is perfect for transferring into a mason jar for easy access and the quality of this brand is better than others I have tried. Cherie Sweet is my go to brand for adding supplements to smoothies.

This was not the fancy brand but dissolved well and was effective as the expensive brand. I just mixed it with my insta coffee and made my own mushroom coffee! I felt great energy and it tasted mild and pleasant. Happy with purchase and will buy again!

I liked this because I could add it to coffee or tea. I use loose leaf tea, so this worked great. I didn't notice anything different in my energy level. It's basically tasteless.
