I originally bought this device because my ears were bothering me, and my wife kept admonishing me for using Q-Tips to clean them out. There seem to be a whole slew of very similar devices on Amazon, so I reviewed the reviews and then saw that this seller had a $5 off coupon. So, I bought it.Little did I know how much information it would provide. My left ear was bothering me the most, so I looked at my right ear first. No wax and nice and clean. Then I looked in my left ear. Holy Moley, it is red and has these little polyps. No wonder it feels "clogged" all the time. I have immediately called an ENT Doctor for an appointment.Setup was easy and straightforward. And the quality of the picture is amazing. You are provided with tools to properly clean out the ear canal. Overall, it is an amazing device. And having the bright LED projection on the tip is incredible.I did have a few issues with the setup. The instructions are sparsely written. Not much detail. And the app, Bebird does a great job of showing a live view of what the camera sees. And there are two buttons on the app: Photo and Video. What the instructions don't tell you is how to find the photos. The app says they are in My Photos. I am using an iPad, and couldn't find them. I contacted the company, and they were extremely helpful. They told me that the photos can be found by tapping the very light gray "photos" at the bottom of the screen.Overall, I highly recommend this device.

It works great and is easy to use.

I bought this because I had an ear infection that I wanted to keep an eye on. When you first open it, it feels really confusing to get it to work. Basically, you have to turn your phone onto airplane mode for it to actually let you use the app. Once I figured that out, it was smooth sailing. The image quality isn't the best, but it works well enough to know what's going on. The other small annoyance is that the app has an advertisement every time you open it. Regardless, for the price I paid I think it was well worth it!

I’ve previously purchased multiple, much pricier ear cameras hoping for upgrades in quality of camera. they don’t even compare to the quality of this camera, and at a quarter of the price. I never need to search for a similar product again. The clarity of the picture is crystal clear, the design makes for easy access into the ear, no bulky tools that block the camera and barely fit in the ear like other products I’ve used. The silicone tools are completely painless on such a sensitive area to clean. I use it on myself, my 2 year old and my 4 month old. I will be getting another one to clean my dogs ears with thanks to the extremely reasonable price.

Its okay. I just wish that you could replace the tool with tools for different purposes, like a silicone claw or pick of some sort. It takes getting used to to navigate the camera then it gets easy to clean your wax. The scoop is soft and not too big. Its a sleek look to it. And after a while of using 10+ minutes it does start to get warm. No way to really get serious wax like large hardened chunks or sticky blockages. Really would be helpful if the tools it comes with were able to attach to the camera. Or if the camera tool was smaller to use the metal tools it comes with.
