Purchased the batteries April, 2018. Got about 20 minutes of run time using a trimmer and blower. After 6 months one battery stopped working, wouldn't charge. Left it on the charger overnight and found the case cracked at all 4 screws. Would not recommend this item.

Batteries don’t last forever and so when shopping for new ones for my 18v Dewalt tools I came across this non-OEM alternative. My thinking is that batteries are low-tech and can be considered a commodity product. Find the best price that meets your specs. I believe the insides of these batteries are the same as OEM. The question is, did they successfully implement the plastic shell and electrical connections so that they function in the tool and the charger? The answer is yes. So I’m very pleased to save a few bucks and get a functionally equivalent product.

out of the two batteries only one will charge, both fit the charger and the tools, but only one works.

Glad I ordered this battery it lasted a lot longer in between charges then the battery that came with the vacuum. I can get the job done with out waiting for the battery to recharge.

A friend offered to give me her Dyson vacuum if I could "fix it". All it needed was this (very easily replaced) battery. I now own a very handy vacuum cleaner for the price of a battery. Thanks Amazon.

Installed and put into charger and worked for about 5 minutes then stopped and will no longer charge, I checked the transformer and is charging.

I use the batteries to operate a blower & a trimmer weed eater.When the 1st one runs out of juice I recharge it while using the 2nd. Previously I only had one battery. So when it ran down I had to quit the job & recharge. Irritating.I'm very pleased with the product.

Works well for a Works string trimmer and blower and a great price, much less than a Works battery.
