I've been wanting quality aluminum luggage for a long time, but could not justify the Rimowa or Tumi price. Read up on Aleon and like that there is no plastic on the case structure as there is on the other two wehre the wheels connect. Also, really like the trunk style works great on the luggage bench/stand in hotel room with easy access to items I don't want to unpack.The wheels roll smooth and quiet, open and close securely, and the piano hinge is much sturdier than two small hinges. I'd rank the quality above either Rimowa or Tumi and I have handled both extensively.I will be targeting the 26" or 30" trunk style checked case next.

I received this luggage and was really excited since I ordered two! Not cheap by far so I expected quality. I had purchased them for an upcoming trip and the night I received it I was upset to see that the glued lining on the inside, was coming apart! Luckily I purchased from Amazon so that is the only reassurance! I contacted the vendor to let them know of the faulty suitcase and was hoping for a response. It’s been 2 weeks and silence. Not even an automated message! Rimowa on the other hand you may be paying 350 more but the level of customer service and the quality of their products, are worthy of those extra 350. So upsetting and will be returning the second one I bought. I would rather spend a little more but not be stuck with a piece of expensive aluminum junk.

Purchased this case to replace my 2 year old Tumi that has a busted zipper. Wanted a non-zipper case to match the quality and styling of my Zero Halliburton and Louis Vuitton briefcases. This case is not priced like it but certainly lives up to those standards. Highly recommend you give this case a try.

I have owned this carry on for about 3 years and would highly recommend. It rolls so super easy and smooth you hardly know it's with you. It's got zero maintenance and still looks brand new. It fits right in the overhead and is light weight. Again, I highly recommend..
