For the price I was expecting these chaps to be poor cousins of the traditional versions so sought after. Be of no illusion, these two nutcracker soldiers - yes it truly is two at that bonkers price! Are beyond stunning. They are, for me at least, the epitome of the staple soldier. The helmeted one has genuine not painted chain, the hair and beard are ‘real’ the brocade on both the uniforms are real.. on the bejewelled sword holding one, they are paste stones, not painted, the artwork and definitely hand painted finesse presents as a top quality item. The mouths do have operational levers at the rear for alleged nut cracking, but you’d be a fool to try, and, frankly, other than a minute hazelnut, forget it. But ornamental these definitely are. Presenting at just about a foot / 300mm in height, their stability and presence is exactly what you’d expect. They arrive in their own personal rectangle box and are just adorable ! Buy them now before they are no more - I may have already bought up the whole stock anyway they are that good!

I absolutely love these little nutcracker figures. They are so cute, well made, arrived undamaged and the decoration is spot-on. They're really good value for money and should look great on the mantlepiece at Christmas. Would recommend.

These figures are well made and look great. The finish on both is excellent and the quality is as good as items priced a great deal higher. A bargain.

I have been buying these nutcrackers over the last few years after visiting the German Christmas markets in Berlin. These figures remind me of those wonderful trips and they are very well made as well as being very well priced.

I really like these as I am a big nutcracker fan, I wouldn't say they are the most polished design, but for the price I am happy with them.You get a variety of different style nutcrackers and they can either go on your tree or just out as decorations.They are bright, vibrant and colourful.Great gift idea for any nutcracker fan.As I said, they are a big rough around the edges but for the price, I am happy with them.

One of the nutcrackers heads wasn’t attached I’m so disappointed because other than that I love them.

Just a nice size for them to stand on my mantle piece and look amazing among the other decorations.
