Digital Signage Advertising Display Box Commercial AD Media Player for Restaruant Shopping Mall Marketing Business (YM05/1+8G)

It was advertised as simple and ready to go. It wasn't intuitive and didn't have any instructions. I had no luck finding info online for it. Ultimately, I returned it unused.

Amazing! It can be upgrade for free, with newest 2.029 version, I can set schedule AD with days in week, better and more convenient now! I contacted Betty via email when I met a small question, and Betty replied soon and solved for me, good buying experience this time, thanks.

Could have ordered a raspberry pie, and it was cheaper and done more

The device was easy to connect to the wi-fi, but the setup for photos and videos is not very user friendly.

Kinda hard to work. Read instructions carefully.

Zero customer support for this product. I have not been able to register the media player to even use it. Is gives me an error message when I input the serial number during registration. $100 wasted

It took a while to find understand the software once we finally did we could not get it too connect with the tv

I installed this in a clubhouse to announce current and upcoming activities. Adding or replacing pages, changing order, etc. is very easy. We display the daily activities from a page on our website, using a "custom design" page. Email support is excellent; I got quick and useful reponses. The only feature I am still missing is HDMI CEC, to automatically turn the TV on in the morning, and I was told it will be coming soon (April 2024).
