Lunzn Digital Signage Advertising Display Box Commercial AD Media Player for Restaruant Shopping Mall Marketing Business (YM05/1+8G)

It was advertised as simple and ready to go. It wasn't intuitive and didn't have any instructions. I had no luck finding info online for it. Ultimately, I returned it unused.

This is my second time to buy this device, I bought one sample to test several months and it ran well, and really there’s no extra charge monthly, it saves me much money. They are trusty, so I buy again, and will buy more in the future.

Zero customer support for this product. I have not been able to register the media player to even use it. Is gives me an error message when I input the serial number during registration. $100 wasted

This device is amazing and works really good, i bought a few of them already and i'm buying more.

The device was easy to connect to the wi-fi, but the setup for photos and videos is not very user friendly.

The device is very stable and easy to use , also very easy to update! Going to buy more in the future!

Absolutely terrible device. We've tried for two weeks to get this to work as advertised without any success. Customer service is next to none. Can not get ahold of a real person
