This stuff is delicious! I crack one or two open and pour them on my steak and I feel like I am living my healthiest life! Honestly though, I like the price and the value. I will continue to take them daily because I just cannot stand the taste of most leafy green vegetables. I have no stomach problems with these capsules. Great stuff!

Great product but be prepared on how well and fast this works and I did 1 capsule morning and 1 evening. I wasn't. The first day I used it was great, at least for the first 4 hours. Then it hit ... extreme fatigue after a good night's sleep. I felt like going sleep while I was walking; had to sit down. After a 3 hour nap, I felt better but intestinal track felt almost "jumpy", muscles were aching and went to sleep a little later than normal. I felt even worse the next morning and had skip the morning workout but still did my supplements (including Sulforaphane). I still felt a little uneasy and "jumpy" the next morning. I had to sit down again and drifted in and out of sleep for about an hour and a half. This is my first 2 days, I will try take a break on the third day to see if things get back to normal. Now that was more of the warning on the intensity of this product but some of the good items were decreases in foot and hand joint pain in this same time frame - which was awesome.

Great product! Easy to use and I feel great after taking my daily dose.
