Following a heavy fall onto my right knee I started to have problems with its mobility. I had a session with a physiotherapist who prescribed regular icing of my knee, both front and back. After a bit of research and checking the reviews I plumped for the Med-Fit ice pack/compression sleeve. This fits around my knee pretty well, given that when it comes out of the freezer it's not entirely flexible and needs a few minutes to conform fully around the joint. I like that there's a flock/soft side which means one doesn't have to use a towel to stop one's skin sticking to it. I've given this four stars for comfort as it's not possible to be fully comfortable with a big old ice pack strapped to one's knee, and not because of any deficiency in the product! The elastic straps enable a very positive fit, both over and under my knee, and the velcro is strong enough not to 'twang' open. It's a tiny bit awkward to fit under my knee on my own, but perfectly achievable. My Missus now gives me a hand on occasion. Overall, this is a very useful and decent reusable ice pack which would do equally well if one were unfortunate enough to need it for an elbow issue, and I'm very pleased with it.

I was disappointed it didn't go right round my knee though I never checked sizes before I bought it. Helped my swollen knee . Easy to use. Better than ice the gel was evenly spread

Great product x good quality. Dad used after TKR surgery to reduce swelling post op x it fit him perfectly but he is on the small side. The only issue we had was he needed assistance to raise leg to wrap strap under leg and over again to secure. He said only lasted cold for and hour or so, but max he should have used for was 25 mins I instructed him.

I got a knee replacement and this is very beneficial after exercising. It is heavy on knee and the edges are sharp where it is sealed . If you watch how you attach it to your knee it’s fine . I put it in fridge for a few hours and it stays cold for 30 mins . The recommended time in hospital is know longer than 20 mins so this works well . Helps the inflammation and swelling immensely. I do recommend.

Been using regularly for ages and is as good now as when I first got it. At first thought the Velcro was a bit too strong a grip but find I can unfasten quite easily after a bit of practice. The item is very large but secures so well that this not a problem, and is surprisingly comfortable. It retains heat for about 15' which is perfectly fine.

Se enfría bien, las correas son elásticas y suaves. Se congela mucho. El lado textil es también suave y muy agradable. Yo tengo la pierna gordita y no me vendría bien un poco más larga. Pero esto es problema mío.

Le velcro accrocheur est un peu trop puissant. J’ai des difficultés à les détacher…
