I'm currently dealing with a folate/B12 deficiency due to a homozygous mthfr mutation, so I will need additional methylfolate/methylcobalamin supplementation. However, my doctor highly approves of this vitamin...It's extremely absorbable and once the deficiency is corrected, it will be excellent on its own for maintenance. Yes there's a strong odor when you open the bottle, but if you've ever taken Brewers Yeast, you'll recognize the smell. I've found something as simple as a hard boiled egg (good source of folate) with the vitamin prevents any stomach upset. After a week of daily use, the pins and needles sensation in my fingers has decreased, thyroid function is improving, cortisol levels are dropping and I have more energy. I still have a long road ahead of me, but this vitamin will be an important tool to help me achieve and maintain good health.

My go to for Methylated vitamins

My husband and I have been using this multivitamin for about 1 year now. It does the job and we like only having to take 1 pill. It is a large pill so if you have trouble swallowing, you may have an issue with it. Another con with this pill is that it has a bad taste & can give you heart burn. Overall, we like it and will continue to take it

Smells terrible... I had a different vitamin with all of the same ingredients and almost the exact dosages minutes 1 or 2 of them... it did not smell like this... I'm going to go back to that one based on the smell alone. It tastes kinda like it smells. I'm not sure if it's supposed to smell like that to be more effective? But I have not noticed a difference between the 2 in how I feel.

Best multivitamin i ever used, instead of taking so many of other one tablet of this would do the job. Only problem postage to Australia takes times.
