Never had a problem with Inland. I use this as an external drive, and the speed over USB 3.0 is impressive.

I recommend SSD for any video surveilance system running a disk drive. Easy to install no programming just unplug old and plug in the new solid state hard drive. Great product, cheap and working great.

I don't know if there's some sort of SATA I to SATA III compatibility issue or what, but I ordered the first one and my system wouldn't recognize the hard drive so I figured it was not working. I sent it back and ordered another one and the same thing happened so for me it was a not a good purchase. They say they're backwards compatible, but it was not in my case. I purchase one from Walmart and it worked perfectly so who knows what the problem was.
