The ice cream was amazing. It was delivered on time and the temperature of the ice cream was well maintained on delivery.

Please open all the ice cream tubs and check for its quality when ordered in bulk.
The ice cream batch delivered was completely spoilt when I opened it, looks like I should open all of the boxes at once and report this issue, customer care agent Sandhya from Amazon had a poor response to this issue and is so eager in closing the ticket. The expiry date is 2026 and the product should have remained good when it was kept in frozen condition. But that is not the case here.
