We ordered one and the E on the bottom was broke. The company sent us a replacement right away and it is now hung in my living room and I love it!

Large letters!
Great size and heavy duty. For the most part good quality, there's a flaw on the letter M, refer to picture. Haven't tried the clock yet though.
