My brushes rotate fine. The plastic part that's underneath the turbine is clogged and no water will spray on my carpet will this fix that?

Don't know for sure. I changed mine because my brushes were not spinning, at all, and the bearings inside this assembly, were shot, and falling apart. Check YouTube to see if they have any suggestions as that's where I found the issue with mine. There are quite a few videos on cleaning and repairing these.

Does this fit FFH 50258 model

Probably will. Take the broken machine apart and compare it with the picture.

Does this come with the large internal vacuum wheel? Mine cracked and i super glued and sprinkled some baking soda to repair, if it should crack again

Yes it comes with the turbine wheel which is why I bought it. Incidentally I repaired mine with super glue and then I used hot metal staples to stitch it together for strength. The hot metal staples is a kit with various staples that the ends fit in the end of the heat gun. Press the trigger on the gun and they heat up and press into the plastic. Cut the stems off with the small wire cutters that come with the kit and finish off with a dremel tool. Mine has stayed together after half a dozen uses.
