This product is very sturdy and looks great. It was easy to assemble. The one thing I wish the instructions showed is where a couple of the items had to be installed in a specific direction. On 2 occasions I had to remove the screws and turn the item 180 degrees so the opening of an item matched with the threads of the other item. It wasn't a big deal to make the change. The boys love it. The bottom bunk has more head room than the previous bunk bed we had. I would highly recommend this product.

This bed is great looking in person. It is sturdy and I think it was a great price. It was easy to put together. It is a good size and height. It is not noisy and squeaky when the kids move. The only thing is all of the stickers were annoying to remove but I understand they have to be there for directions. Lol

edit: the bunk bed was fine until it was dangerous!!!!!The top bunk began falling apart after a couple months. When a 50lb child went on the top bunk the support came loose and fell on the lower bunk striking my other child in the night. After contacting the company the said it was somehow missing screws (though it was fine for months and it looks like the supports are faulty and simply stretched apart since the metal is so weak). No replacement parts ever arrived... Now my children do not have a "safe" bed and I am out the money.Do not buy this bed falls apart after a short time and the company will not replace their dangerous and faulty product.Pro: Aesthetically pleasing. The bunk looks nice in the room & space saver. The bunk is comfortable for an adult size women. It is great for our purpose (2 small girls). The bunk is a nice size for our small room. *Nice storage underneath.Con: squeaks and wabbles when moving around on the beds. Set up. Took a couple hours but that might be on us as this is the first bunk we put together. It would be better if the metal would made it more sturdy.

Fast shipping, arrived on time and without damage. Easy to put together. My husband and I put it together and it took us about 45min give or take. We'll keep the extra parts for when our kids grow out of their bunk beds and change it to separate twin beds. Overrall, very good product. Seems sturdy. Would recommend.

Super cute bunk bed. Probably the best quality one I have put together and I have put together several. Totally worth the money.

Just a few cons to note:1. This bed arrived with a scratch on one of the headboards. (I placed that side against the wall).2. As someone who enjoys putting things together, this bed was a pain. I had to unassemble and reassemble certain parts many times due to poor instructions in the manual. It took five hours even with two helpers. Most of that time was spent troubleshooting.3. The bed does shake a little when one person repositions during sleep on the top bunk. For reference, my teens are 92 pounds (top bunk) and 140 pounds (bottom bunk).4. The metal ladder hurts your feet! I just ordered some padding to place on the rungs.5. While building the bed, two of the holes were slightly misaligned (manufacturing error) but I was able to work the screws in using a hammer and some “elbow grease.”6. The metal bars hurt if you accidentally hit them with a limb. I wouldn't recommend this bed for small children unless you put protector pads on the headboards (like the ones made for baby-proofing).7. For some reason, the bottom bunk is a little wide (by 4 inches) for the twin mattress we have, but we're making it work as we plan to purchase a new mattress in the future.Here are a few pros:1. The bed arrived with all the parts accounted for.2. The bed looks aesthetically pleasing once built.3. My teens really like it so far and say it is comfortable give or take a few shakes here and there when one of them moves during sleep.4. It came with wall anchors for extra safety.5. It holds heavy weight well and seems durable.
