Approximately how many small pots could you fill with this? I want to pot four basal shoots and one large plant, does anyone know if this is enough?

Yes it will be plenty. This stuff is compressed into the brick and when you soak the moss it expands. Honestly this is the best stuff on the market in my opinion.
