Adorable set. All of the most important props from the story are included and the house folds up compactly. My 6-year-old granddaughter really loves it. The pieces such as the lamp are quite small though so this set is a better idea for older children who have more finger dexterity and muscle control. Too young a child could choke if pieces are placed in the mouth, and the house joints could easily become broken with rough handling. I would say that this is for a child who is at least 5 years old.

Great price but does have small pieces.

I like the small size of these playsets. Perfect to take on the go for restaurants or car trips. I put some of the smaller pieces away for my 2 year old but she still enjoys playing with it.
