Good support
Recently upped my weights and tweaked my back a bit so figured I should find myself a good support belt. Foolish me for not investing in one sooner, lesson learned! I got the one with the camo print for fun. Ordered the large just to be safe because I normally wear a sweat wrap under my shirt, but a medium would have been just fine. I’m 5’2”, 145lbs, athletic but curvy build.I like that it is adjustable between the 4” and 6” for the back support. I had a back surgery several years ago so I have just stuck with the 6” so far. Using the belt has made me realize how much I previously was coming out of my proper form. Definitely much better with this belt!So far I feel like it is made well, it provides great support but still comfortable. Hopefully the velcro holds up for many uses. Time will tell!

Size S fits a size UK 6-8 and small UK 10.
Belt is great. Well made. Stiff. Sizing is weird as others have described. I reckon I should have sized up to a medium (I'm mostly a UK 10, sometimes an 8). However it still does up, but it is right on the end of the velcro!)
