Did not come with e text access code as promised, very disappointed.

Yes, a lot of people like physical textbooks, and I'm one of them, but have you ever heard of Control F? It let's you look for keywords, like vocab words or the phrase of a question or look to where the textbook mentions a concept. Textbooks are over expensive so rent, and rent the ebook of it. You get it immediately, and you get to use control F. Can't do either of those with a physical textbook. If you have money then you get it with one day delivery or prime two day shipping. But if you're a college student in debt from student loans, you have to wait for it to ship normally and pray that it gets there on time. But as an ebook, you get it instantly. And if you don't have a kindle, you can download the kindle app or kindle for mac and pc FREE.

Would give 0 stars if i could!! they advertise it coming with a code but it's a lie! do not buy! they do not provide a code!

Book was in great condition, used it for the semester, appreciated the reminder a few weeks out that is was going to be due back. The return process was very simple, label was easy to print. Had no problems and better than the cost of purchase! Of course you do have the option to make it a purchase if you decide you want to keep it which I also like! Definitely planning on doing this again next semester!

There aren't' any keys for the quizzes, or any of the questions, how am I supposed to know what the answer is? Useless!

its a great book but this isn't a bound kind of book its the kind you have to put in a binder, but its also great so you can have one page at a time and not the whole book. so in some ways, this is awesome.
