Great chair.. aside from one thing
The chair is very easy to assemble (aside from using the wrong words in the instruction manual, but you can infer what it means easily), it is super comfortable, and looks great. The adjustable headrest and lumbar support makes it easy to adjust to your liking. The tilt function is nice, however, the tilt lock on the chair I received is pretty horrible. At first when I locked it it would slide a little bit, but not too much. Within a couple days the lock got worse and I have to avoid leaning too hard against it or it begins to slide back - this is mainly an issue when sitting in a very upright position. This also hurts it's ability to remain ergonomic when I place it to help my posture and it immediately moves. If this wasn't an issue, I'd probably bump it to 5 stars.Edit - I contacted the seller and they determined that I had a faulty tilt mechanism and quickly got one in the mail for me. 5 stars for customer service alone.

Great chair but -might- not be for tall people
Pros:- Support- Cool- Comfort- StylishCons:- Does not rise very highThe chair is comfortable and provides good support. It is also cool because of the mesh back. My chair is in the basement office so it could get very hot. This was a must-have feature and one reason why I didn't consider leather gaming-type chairs more. Yes, I use it for gaming as well. The lumbar support attachment feels very good once adjusted to your preference and it doesn't protrude too much, which I feared. The headrest also feels good and adjusts up/down and tilts. The adjustable height arms are also clutch.I was looking over function over form but this chair meets both. The material is plastic-y looking so you won't confuse it for a Herman Miller but it still looks good and modern. Not boring. There were a couple of negatives. The first chair I ordered looked used. There were scuff marks and small tears. I was able to return it no problem and ordered a new one. The new one even arrived a day early. The one problem that can't be solved is how high it rises. If you are over 6 feet tall this chair may not be for you. It could be fine ergonomically because your knees will be level with your leg or higher. But I like using a contoured foot rest. If you are 6' or higher and you use a foot rest, your knees might be too high. It can still work out for you though. Aside from that, if your desk table is tall, the chair may not be get high enough to angle your arms correctly on the keyboard. This is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars.

You're probably better off looking elsewhere
I've purchased several chairs from Amazon and used many higher-end chairs at work from top brands like Steelcase, Herman Miller, etc., so I have a good sense of the range of chair qualities in both low-end and high-end chairs. This chair, in my opinion, is on the lower end, despite being marketed more as a high-end chair. It looks fancier than most more simple low-end chairs, but in reality has few additional features that make it actually worthy of the high end title.I do like that there are a lot of adjustment options for this chair, but surprisingly there is at least one key one missing (lean-back sensitivity).- NO LEAN BACK SENSITIVITY: There is a mode where you can set it to either lean back or stay fixed in place. However, there is no way to adjust how much force it takes to lean back, as even low-end chairs usually have. This is one of the biggest shortcomings of this chair, because if you're like me you do like to lean back in your chair a bit, but not when there is no way to adjust the lean back sensitivity! Unless it just so happens to be dialed in by default to where you like it, you'll find yourself out of luck.- FLAT STIFF SEAT: Seat cushion is flat and not contoured, and it is also rather stiff- BIG PEOPLE ONLY: This chair is really only designed for bigger sized people. As a 6'2" male weighing 170 lbs, I'm tall and athletic in build, but the seat of this chair still feels wide. This is great in that it accommodates a wide range of sizes at the upper end, but for my girlfriend at 5'4" closer to 100 lbs, she could not comfortably use this chair as the seat was just too big and thus her back could not sit firmly/squarely against the backrest. Higher-end chairs have more adjustments to accommodate smaller people.- CREAKS LOUDLY EVENTUALLY: The chair over time will creak a lot as you use it. The creaks are not quiet either -- quite loud, and despite my efforts there doesn't seem to be a good solution other than trying to constantly coat all the parts with lubricant.- MEDIOCRE BUILD QUALITY: The build quality feels a bit cheap -- low quality molded plastic parts that giggle a lot when they should feel firm.- BACKREST HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT TOO EASY TO TRIGGER: The backrest height adjustment, which is not always available on lower-end chairs, is a nice addition. However, it is a bit too easy to accidentally adjust the height of it when leaning back, forcing you to redo it constantly (on average once a week I have to redo it, when it should just stay the way I set it...)All considered, I would probably look elsewhere for your chair needs, especially given that it's a pain to return this thing if it doesn't work out for you.

Pretty okay chair
This chair turned out to be pretty okay. I was more impressed with it in the beginning. Assembly was reasonable with understandable instructions. Day to day it started out comfortable with plenty of levers and knobs to adjust in almost all the right places. There is a point that comes into contact with my lower back that I can't seem to adjust despite having a knob in a logical place. I'm not sure if that's an assembly mistake on my end or if it's a faux adjustment knob. Anyways the chair looks cool and is sturdy. My only complaints are the area near my lower back, it's getting to be a lot of pressure against me. The bottom cushion holds dog hair like crazy and only survived a few months before turning into a sagging pancake. Would be a great chair if not for those things.
