Fantastic dolsot for a good price
Fantastic dolsot for a good price. Used twice now. Washed well in the dishwasher. Stands up against direct heat. I was really nervous putting it on the flame the first time but it's fantastic. Makes the best bibimbap!

Beautiful and practical
I bought these for a dinner party at home. They are very practical, I could put them onto the stove (yet to try putting it in the oven) and could keep food warm and even cook like that. They lovely lovely. My friends were all commenting how lovely they are look.

An authentic ttukbaegi
I started using ttukbaegi to cook when I lived in Korea and I love them. This one is similar in quality to the ones you'd buy in Daiso (like Japanese and Korean Poundland), which makes the price a little steep in comparison. This doesnt mean the quality is bad though. I use mine several times a week and I think it'll last for years to come with proper care. It's worth noting that the tray that comes with it is not earthenware but plastic.

I've had the large size ttukbaegi (without lid) for a few months now, using it almost daily on a gas stove and running it through the dishwasher after every use, and it is holding up perfectly. Carelessly using ceramic soup spoons and steel utensils, there isn't the slightest indication of wear in the surface finish - it still looks brand new. The wide format makes it suitable for all kinds of cooking tasks, from boiling instant ramyun to simmering and serving a stew, cooking rice or even browning meat. It is really thick and quite heavy, and retains heat for a long time. The trivet is really nice, perfectly fits the base of the vessel and holds it securely. I also own a really fancy ttukbaegi straight from Korea that costs 4 times the price, but I like this thing so much, I bought a second one. This is a great bargain for the quality you're getting.

As above. If you are looking for a Dolsot that is relatively easy to maintain and versatile. Look no further. The size however for the medium is too small. It's for one small portion of rice. Size needs to be increased.
