I use this brace at night. I removed the metal bar. I feel it fits a little large, so really be sure and measure. It absolutely helps the carpal tunnel while you're sleeping.

I did not like this, it was too big for me. It didn’t fit tight enough. It wasn’t comfortable. It didn’t fix my pain. Was not the right one for me 😞😞. To tight on my thumb and the inside felt funny and very uncomfortable the outside closure doesn't matter to much there are only 2 at the top below the fingers and at the bottom below the elbow just past the wrist, it needs a 3rd below the thumb directly on the wrist without the 3rd closure I don't have the comfort I need. Then there is the metal bar that supports the shape of the whole thing IF it stays in the area that it's meant to be, a small opening just at the bottom on the inside. This one was just not right. Would like to give 0 stars for pain relief but you can't. If you can get a better one then you should.

Helps my wrist. Fits great.

It comes with no box or instructions. Its unnecessarily bulky. And the metal plate slides out so easily, it hurt more. Super disappointed with this purchase.
