I don’t know about the protein quality as they claim, I can only say for taste, it’s really good. So if you looking for something that’s kind of healthy it can work. Also as they claim, amount of protein is incorrect. That is misleading. Check the complete nutritional information if that is what you intent. Taste is very good

Not a Good Product just make the Diffrencation by catchy names

1. It is the right snack, having only 250-320 calories 2. To avoid getting bored the brand has a bunch of flavours 3. Usually I use to take 8-9 mins to make my oat meal, this saves so much time and energy, it hardly takes a min to prepare. 4. I found it little sweet, probably that's only drawback I saw for myself.

I tried all the flavours of GOoat ,it is high in protein so keeps you satiated,flavour is great but too sweet.I would definitely buy it but because of that sweetness i will not. Those who trying to cut down sugar,its not a great choice. I wish if they could work on it.

The taste for chocolate flavoured ones were the best. Will definitely recommend
