70mm Potato Dextrose Yeast Colored Agar Cup 15 Pack | Premade Prepoured Sterile Agar Cups

I ordered their 15 agar cups and when they arrived, I discovered that two were damaged during shipping and one was contaminated. I simply sent an email along with a photo, and customer service sent a very nice reply and apology stating replacements would be in the mail. While I was waiting I used some of the other cups to test some liquid cultures from syringes I was using for my mycology hobby. The agar worked perfectly. The cups were easy to use and they have a nice airtight seal or fit. I never had to use any tape. Within 8 days, I had my replacement agar cups and they were in perfect condition. I'm happy to find a company that stands behind their product and does it with courtesy and professionalism. I'll gladly purchase from Booming Acres again. I highly recommend them!

I received these and put them into the fridge right away. A couple of days later I used five of them, a couple of weeks later I used another five, and 2 weeks after that I used another five.Not. One. Issue. Beautifully clean agar plates. Totally sterile and produced aggressive mycilial growth. I was actually skeptical but the results speak for themselves. They ship quickly, they have a quality product at a reasonable price. There's no reason for me to make my own Petrie dishes anymore. These people have a customer in me forever.

Amazing product. Super nutritious and made my mycelium grow super fast. Also an amazing price and cool colours will be buying this again for sure. Normally agar from amazon isnt good but this agar is amazing highly recomend to anyone perfect for a beginner mycologist

Received my agar cups in a timely manner. One ended up being busted. I contacted the seller and he squared it away. Very professional. And I support this small business and I plan on buying more. The cups I did use are going well no contaminants.

I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a 90 to 95 percent chance of no contamination without a flow hood.

The media could not be loaded. The agars look good without anything concerning inside on the Agar solutions themselves but one of my sleeves of packaged agars came with something oddly sealed between the agar cup and plastic seal to join the stacks of 5 cups together, see photos.Time will tell to help tell my results but the hairy looking chunk seems out of place and not normal to be received with this type of product, hopefully it’s not a contaminant on the product received.

They included a flyer in the package with clear instructions on what to do if there was any issue. I followed the steps, and within minutes I got a response and confirmation that a replacement was on the way, completely free of charge.The whole experience was painless, professional, and honestly impressive. These are poured as thinly as they thought they could get away with, so thin you can bairly see the color in the green ones. And 2 of the green ones fell apart and are unusable, packaging was not damaged. It's also to wet humidity and fluid everywhere can't see through the never ending humidity droplets on the lid.Email to them has so far been ignored.The thickness of the green media in the ad photo is about 3x thick as you actually get. Blue and red are slightly better at 2xNo free returns, buyer beware.
