Stop researching. Buy this one.
I needed compression on my abdominal area after abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck as it's also known. I am currently in my third week post operation, and have been wearing this belt for a few days. This is a review for: "2 in 1 Postpartum Support Recovery Belly Wrap Waist/Pelvis Belt Body Shaper Postnatal Shapewear,One Size." I am currently a size 6/8 dress, 5'6", 150-ish, a couple days post surgery I measured my waist at 33 inch. This fits well. The surgeon sends you home in a compression garment that holds you in well, but within a week, that garment starts rolling down at the top and up at the bottom, especially as you sleep or move around. I found myself in a constant struggle to keep it in place, which defeats the purpose. Frustrated, I went online and began searching for something sturdier and longer lasting, given that I'll need to continue wearing compression wear for several weeks to months. I looked at many options online and on Amazon. I finally decided to give this one a try. The price I paid was $22, and the reviews were good. I also like that this is intended for medical application - post partum. I figured it could work similarly for those who are post tummy tuck, and I was right. This garment comes in two pieces, and you wrap it around yourself to the desired tightness. It attaches by velcro. The larger piece I use on the top of my abdomen just under the breast area and it reaches just below my belly button. Depending on my mood, I am able to pull this sucker as tight as I want, or just tight enough to achieve the prescribed post surgical purpose. And there is so much support! I love it. I then wrap the second smaller piece around the little pooch of my tummy on and under the belly button to just above the pubic area. Again, I can stretch it as tightly as I want. With the two pieces, I am now compressed from just under my boob line (that's a medical term, by the way), to right above my pubic area. On me, there is even a bit of overlap between the two pieces. This belt is world's better than the one provided by my plastic surgeon which stopped being truly functional after about a week and which cost me $48 -- more than double what I paid for this item, which is much higher quality. In fact, I plan on wearing this belt to my next follow up appointment to show my doctor an alternative that he might want to consider using or recommending for his patients after the garment he provides begins to fail. My only regret is that I did not research this before surgery and have it at home, ready to go when it was time to transition out of the quickly-worn-out-and-entirely-too-expensive-white-basic-belt routinely used by most plastic surgeons. I have only been wearing this a few days, so I can't comment on it's longevity, but it seems like it'll last a while, even with months of 24/7 wear. We shall see, but at this price point, even if it were to wear out after a month or two of wear and washing, I would buy another as I intend to continue wearing compression garments for several months to ensure the best possible results of my very expensive procedure. My boyfriend tells me this doesn't add bulk under my clothes. I wore a dress that used to be form fitting before my surgery, and he was impressed that he couldn't even tell I was wearing the belt under my dress. Even so, I'm experimenting with other compression belts for when I have to return to work and wear business suit attire. I haven't tried this under my work clothes yet, but in these hot, muggy, oppressively humid Florida streets, I can tell you that too many layers of clothing can be a bad thing. Still, even if I'm not using this under my lined suits during the work day, I'll be wearing it at home, to sleep, and running errands. It's very comfortable and pulls me in so tight I haven't been able to finish my dinner the last two nights. And I like that. Don't be like me and spend hours reading reviews and scrolling through endless options. If you're in need of abdominal compression, just buy this. Just do it. The time I spent researching before buying this could have been spent on much better activities like Netflixing, petting my cat, or aggravating my kid for my personal amusement.

Perfect Support for Postpartum and Surgery Recovery
I’m so impressed with this postpartum belt. It’s incredibly comfortable and comes with three different parts, which makes it so versatile. You can adjust it depending on whether you’re sitting, standing for a long time, or just wanting extra comfort and support. Compared to the rough, uncomfortable hospital belt I was given, this one is on a completely different level. I used it after my recent surgery, and it made such a difference in my recovery. I only wish something like this had been available ten years ago when I had my C-section—it would have been a lifesaver. The price is also very reasonable for the quality and flexibility you get. Highly recommend this belt for anyone recovering from surgery or going through postpartum healing.

Pretty good! Confusing instructions though
I am about 208lbs post partum. My baby is not quite 2 weeks old. My abdominal muscles have separated a great deal I'm sure, (this is my 7th baby) and my muscles are really tender and sore, almost like a bruise, and its awful if I need to get up from sitting or relaxing at all. I bought this hoping it would help. I got an XL (I'm pretty in-between sizes, usually between an XL and XXL, but it really depends on the brand of clothing/item). I made the right choice with the XL; enough compression, I'm not busting out of the belly belt, and it isn't loose at all. I have yet to figure out the other 2 belts. The woman in the instruction pamphlet is a lot thinner than I am, and I may have a longer torso. The belly belt feels great, but I do wish it was wider, so as to cover from right under my bust all the way down to the top of my pubic bone. I'll be ordering something like that soon. I will be keeping this. Hopefully I'll figure it out and will be able to use it correctly. I can't get the belly band on myself without the velcro wrinkling. I can get the waist belt on easily. The pelvic belt is also easy for me to do myself.

Mostly good
The bad: Deductions for 1. the Velcro does stick very well on one of the belts, 2. The boning is not removable, 3. The boning is in an odd position on one of the belts and it's intrusive. 4. The top belt rolls down on the back edges ( back fat ) 5. ( Short statured, short torso problem) Difficult to position beneath breasts. 6. I could probably get by with 2 belts but the way they're set up and what I need them for I have to use all three The good: 1. It seems to be a Very nice quality abdominal binder set. 2. Mostly comfortable. 3. Easy to breathe. 4. Doesn't cause sweating 5. The 3 belts Covers from under breast to mid hip area ( short statured) 6. It feels good to have that extra back and abdominal support

There are so many belts to choose from but I decided to buy this one based on the reviews and the price. I gave birth a week ago and wanted to get a belt to support my abdomen and back. The quality is great. I wear it all day (12hrs +) and completely forget I am wearing it. It is comfortable and really supports my back and abdomen. I have only worn it at home but don't find it bulky. I ordered the one size; prior to my pregnancy I was size 14 and during size 16/18.

I recently tried a postpartum abdomen support belt and found it to provide great relief. This belt effectively keeps my abdomen in shape and offers excellent support. It’s comfortable to wear for a few hours, though I wouldn’t recommend using it for more than five hours at a stretch, as the user guide suggests. One of the best features is the solid grip it provides, leaving me with a reassuring feeling that everything is securely held in place. Additionally, the back support is fantastic, alleviating my back pain. Overall, this support belt has been a helpful addition to my postpartum recovery routine.
