Really nice phone however it's not compatible with most all carriers the are regularly used but average consumers

The phone caught fire while charging
This phone caught fire after one week of use. I plugged it in the charger and it fired up. I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t take pics because i didn’t have a second phone. I will not be purchasing from you guys again.

Up and running in minutes.
Old Phone broke, ordered on Amazon and got it next day. Three minutes to throw in Sim card and phone downloaded apps and contacts. Up and running in minutes!!! Amazing for under $75. This time I am putting on the screen protector, LOL.

Do not get this phone , i got it for my sister and it restarted and deleted all of her stuff and wont let her in the play store. i’d like a new one :)

Not compatible with many apps
Phone is only good for pictures calls and texting. Isn't compatible with many apps. Unfortunately because that is one reason I bought it for my son. To replace his old one . Upgrade but he can't download any apps he once had

No pokemon go
Purchased cheap phone so kids could play Pokémon go over summer and the app is not compatible with the device.It doesn't hold more than 20 photos, even though we purchased sd cards. The phone recognizes them, formats sd card, but does not have the setting prompts to save photo and video to sd card.If you want a case for this sucker you better just give up. A wallet one is the obly one offered, I looked ebay and Google as well, so I waited 3 weeks and got it through AmazonIts a decent lil phone for basic calls.I purchased refurbished s21s to replace these suckers.
