Sweet but definitely a nice rosemary flavor. I recommend but if making a cocktail that calls for simple syrup think about eliminating or reducing when using this.

The sage syrup was my first choice, because I love sage. And it did not disappoint! It was just gorgeous and delicious, added soda water, deliciously fragrant and earthy, and just the right amount of sweet to highlight the flavor.However, I took a risk and bought the Bay Leaf syrup too because I was really curious. It was a risk worth taking. The bay leaf flavor is unexpectedly good, herbal yet floral at the same time, not overpowering yet it has a beautiful depth of flavor. Adding lemon gives it a full, pleasant Mediterranean vibe.The only alcohol I have left in the house after the holidays is Limoncello, and I looked up whether bay leaf and lemon go well together. Apparently, it's a classic pairing! I only added half a shot of limoncello and a little less than that of the bay leaf syrup, a dried bay leaf from my own garden, a few drops of fresh lemon juice and soda water- it is absolutely heavenly. For the kids I made it without the alcohol, they love it!I highly recommend the Bay Leaf syrup :)

Got a small bottle as a Christmas gift and fell in LOVE with this product, so I had to order more. Added a little to a tequila for a great cocktail this weekend. The warm spice is surprisingly good in black tea also. The elixir has a great balance of sweet with the right amount of flavor. No artificial/chemical tastes at all. Can’t wait to see how I can use other flavors for summer drinks too!

Be aware that this is an elixir which is a mixture rather than real Rose Hip Syrup which is much thicker.

This simple syrup tastes so fresh! It’s ideal forCocktails. Add a fresh sprig of rosemary to vodka, grapefruit and a splash of club soda!

I ordered several flavors to make easy peasy mocktails for Dry January.Sage is a favorite herb for me because it calls to mind favorite Thanksgiving foods.I mixed sparkling Italian soda with Sage herbal syrup and a squeeze of fresh orange. Delicious! Amazing how it tastes like a fancy cocktail!

I decided to try this green cardamom elixir (I am a devotee of this company’s lavender elixir and decided to mix it up) and it is a game-changer! I loved it in my coffee and my roommate enjoyed an exotic and aromatic twist to his go-to whiskey rocks. Yum!!
