Purchased for 3 stelrad radiators, easy to fit and durable. Also Bi - Directional Valve Body so no issues with pipe flow.Exceptional value for money. Good quality valve set atonishing good looking as expensive valves

Had a leaking radiator union but decided to replace the whole TRV. No issues with connecting to 8mm pipe as per other review, there is a standard 8/10mm reducer included which worked fine for me.

The product is well made and good value for money.

Product is mostly fine, but one of the 8mm adapters was faulty, and wouldn’t fit my 8mm pipe (another 8mm olive fitted). This meant I could not use the valve as intended. It’d be nice if there was a way to contact the supplier to get a replacement adapter.As customers are only likely to discover this flaw when they are mid-way though a job and have drained their system, this is very inconvenient. A spare adapter or better quality control would be advised.

Bought 5 of these for the upstairs radiators in March. In October one failed. If I’d bought them from my local diy or plumbing supplies I could return it but Amazon - pretty much impossible.
