This is a really nice spatula, not only for pancakes, but eggs, maybe even cookies, and anything else you'd need a wide base for.It seems very sturdy and is easy to clean. So far the silicone has held up to normal heat you'd cook things at.The flipper part is metal with silicone around it and the from edge is flexible.It's really, really handy and makes cooking pancakes a lot easier.

It is a very good spatula wide perfectly it’s for pancakes or crapes but I use it for everything I use for eggs or everything else I cook I love it

An oversized spatula that is perfect for making pancakes. The handle is made of a hard plastic that is easy to grab and hold in your hand. It has curved metal attached to a soft purple plastic that is easy to flip pancakes. The edge is very east to get under pancakes to flip. The plastic is heat resistant for durability. I love the purple flipper making this a must for my kitchen. A truly unique utensil.

Although that color doesn’t work in my kitchen, the tool’s usefulness drove me to order it as it can easily be used to flip medium-sized pancakes and every size egg. It is hard to find a spatula that is the perfect size to flip my pancakes and or omelets. This was the perfect fit for me and it works without destroying the omelet or pancake. The silicone covered metal spatula makes it easy to get under the food and keeps it from sticking and or melting on a skillet. It has some flex to it, so you can get a little pressure on it and squeeze right under your food. Price is a bit high, but it does seem quite a bit nicer than the spatula I have been using for years, so I would say if it holds up and sticks around as well as my old one, it is well worth it.

I was in the market for a large turner for pancakes and omelets. I love that this one has a nice sturdy metal base, but the turner is covered in silicone so it is fine to use with all of my non stick cookware and griddle. It's very wide and just flexible enough so that turning food is a breeze! Wish I'd bought one of these years ago!
