They are beautiful. However I do not leave them in while sleeping. And I always take my plugs out of my ears before going to sleep. So far they don’t irritate my ear. the quality is good too I bought the 0G and seem lightweight. They do not fallout.

mod poged the rhinestones and they work great! they screw on pretty easily and are non allergic so far. I've had them for a week now and have had no troubles. Definitely worth it!

I’ve had them for months they still look new and have lasted with no problems so far, of course I’ve had to clean them but that’s normal, they stay in I’ve never had one come out and I’ve swam, showered, slept, wore them constantly without an issue., fit true to size, they’re not heavy on your ears at all, mine are a size 2 btw, they’re comfy to wear you forget they’re even in. And such a good price. The last size I was in before a 2, I got these same exact pair (just one pair NOT two) from hot topic and they were $20+. So this was def a good deal for 2 different pairs and I honestly don’t see a difference in the gauges design, quality, fit or anything.
