Concepts in Pharmacogenomics: Fundamentals and Therapeutic Applications in Personalized Medicine, 2nd Edition

Great reference.

the format is different than the edition I had ten years ago. They have many of the monographs online only, and this is very inconvenient when I try to use the boook and do not have immediate access to the internet. Otherwise, it is still rathe encyclopedic. I miss the drug class discussions from the earlier editions.

I am missing 1/2 of chapter 4 in this book
