This stuff actually works (and it oddly tastes like Swedish fish btw- super good!) After 3 kids, as I got closer to 35.. my hormones went bezerk. As an avid weight lifter & gym goer for 7 years religiously: I started stacking on weight out of no where.. like I went from seriously ripped to looking like I’d never seen the inside of a gym a day in my life.. than this crazy exhaustion hit me out of nowhere: I was falling asleep on myself 24/7.. 57 yrs old and this is my second round with these supplements. I took them two years ago and noticed a difference and then tapered off and recently the last year I’ve started having significant hot flashes again. The gummies have a good taste and the consistency is good. I unfortunately haven't seen or felt any different since taking these. I mean as we age we can expect something like this to work miracles. Im going to continue to keep taking it anyway. Its not a bad product it just unfortunately didn't work for me .
