Having used this TV for both films and gaming, I have been very impressed, with the TV punching above its category in my opinion. Pros: - Gaming - 144Hz and Mini Led means it can keep up with an Xbox Series X, which is impressive for a TV at this price point - Films / Series - The picture quality, colours, contrast and brightness are all argued to be at the level of TV's more expensive - this is most likely due to it having 4K and Mini Led's - Responsiveness - Being a Google TV with apps, this was a consideration when buying it. However the TV is quick to respond and move amongst the menu's Cons: - Some would consider the sound to not be on par with the other features of this TV - particularly for films. The sound quality is good, with volume not being an issue, however it can struggle slightly with deeper/ higher sounds.

The TCL 50Q6C-UK is an impressive 50-inch 4K Smart TV that punches above its price class. Its QD-Mini LED panel delivers vibrant colours, deep contrast, and excellent brightness thanks to advanced local dimming and quantum dot technology, making movies, shows, and games look sharp and engaging.  With a 144 Hz refresh rate and responsive motion handling, this TV is great for fast action content and smoother visuals overall. Great value for your money it is easy to set up and has really great picture quality. Also has plenty of features for gaming with it's VVR upto 144hz and ALLM setting which you can't fault. A few weeks on really can't fault the TV and the value for money for high specs you get from this top quality TV.

I am very disappointed, the 50in version does not have ONKYO 2.1 as stated on Amazon, i would send it back but i have sent 2 TCL TV back already and it takes Amazon 2 weeks each time to return a Tv, i wish i had gone to Currys

day one out of the box, setup was pretty straight forward, it takes some time to load apps that one would think would be preloaded but that isnt too much of a problem . picture is stunning in freeview mode, have not been on internet based tv yet. gaming ... ps5 playing gta5 its super fast responsive . will post updates on this tv progresses through time.

I was a bit sceptical at first, but the quality is brilliant, and there's no lag in the remote. The only minor annoyance is that looking at the screen at a 45 degree angle makes the image very bright, with all skin tones going very pale, but that's the only complaint so far, and doesn't knock the 5 star rating. I especially like that it only consumes about 54 watts when in 'standard' mode, so it's very energy efficient.

Very good picture easy to set up not much to complain about, would have given 5 stars but for that not so great sound,had to rig up to hi-fi to get sound sounding better, built-in speakers suk. This is review for the 50-in mini lead 6kc

This is a very good telly for the money, and I had no problems in setting it up. It's got all the apps, you could want, for the popular streaming channels. It has Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, and the different High Definition settings. When you adjust it to suit your eyes, a really good image is produced. I have it hung from a wall, and I am very happy with it. It produces a good sound if you don't have a soundbar, although I do use it with a soundbar.
