I am so so pleased with the neckless. It was a gift for my mum who lost her brother, my uncle, very suddenly. The picture I sent wasn’t of the best quality and I worried that it wouldn’t be the best but I am so surprised at how well it turned out! You can see it’s him clear as day. It arrived quickly, on my mum's birthday. She recently lost her mum, and the sentiment of this necklace brought her to tears. It is her mother's handwriting, she always used to write this in cards. I had to hash the writing together, but the way it's printed, you'd never know. We also had an image of her face printed on the back and that has come out beautifully. Great value for money, 10/10.
