I got one for my son who was moving to Ohio and one for my husband to place on his side of the bed and one for me to place on my bedside. My husband chose the color green, I chose pink, and my son is blue. Now my son can tell who specifically is touching the lamp, mom or dad. We touch the lamp several times a day to let each other know we’re thinking of each other. We’ve had them for several months and they have been perfect. No connection issues and no glitching. We also use the app Which you can tap for your color when you are away from home. There’s also an option For the lamp to go dark after a certain Time of the night and then come back on In the morning. I have been exceptionally pleased. I did not have to set up all three devices together. My son took his to Ohio and set it up and my husband and I set ours up in Georgia. We had no issues. The app is really easy to use. You do have to pay for the subscription, but it’s incredibly cheap and I think the year is maybe 20 something dollars. I went ahead and paid for hours and my sons for the year so we don’t have to worry about it. It’s a small price to pay to know that at any time of the day you can let your loved ones know that you’re thinking about them and they can do the same for you. It truly warms my heart to see The lamp change colors.

Could not set up. Every time I try to set up and connect the lamps it won’t connect. Also there is nothing in the description of the product that it needs an active subscription to work. What a waste of money and a scam

Not 100% sure they work. It’s always lighting up. But it is a fun concept. When I know they’re lighting up. It’s nice to know my people are sending their love.

Bought this for a granddaughter. The unit could not be set up due to it needing 2.4 GHz which is below what we have. Check your WIFI before purchasing this item. This item can not connect to 5GHz only networks and I don't have the time to figure out option to make it work.

This model needs a subscription to use. My sisters & I loves these lamps. They are very basic. The fun is that you can touch it & remind them you are thinking of them. You can do it from your phone. To see it light up will make you smile! You can only join one group per lamp. Maybe the more expensive list has more options. I wanted to make sure we love them before we spent more money. So far we do. We paid for a one year subscription for around $25. In a year, we will decide if we want to get something that is a little nicer looking.

This is perfect to let our grandmother know we are thinking of her. At a young age of 97 she isn’t able to see well to call when she wants to chat or needs something. She can see the color light up and know which of her favorite grandchildren is thinking of her. Easy set up. Yes there is a subscription as noted. With the subscription bonus features it allows you to “touch” your lamp when you are away. I can have this lamp at home and still let my sweet grandma know she is loved and thought of while I’m at work. So cool!

Bought 3 sets of 2 so that I can communicate with my nieces(4, 7, & 13) back in OH since I now live in San Diego. The reason I ended up with a total of 3 lamps for myself is because I wanted to be able to communicate with them individually and the remote touch only works in a group setting and when all the lamps are in the same group the lamp will change for everyone to their color. Now it's a bit excessive having three lamps but that's what it has to be for me. The only major issue that I'm encountering is that the main lamp for each set is buffering about 2-3 times a day for hours on end and while it's buffering or updating. You can't tap your lap or notice when the person with the other lamp has touched their because it just turn off when it's finally done. 2 of my lamps have been continuously cycling through colors for the last 6 hours. This was a great idea and my nieces loved it and were excited aboutthem (when i was leaving Ohio my youngest neice told me she'll tap her lap when she misses me she understood the purpose right away after only being told once) but when it only works half the time is it worth it. (As a side note everyone has their own color so each lamp should only light up with 2 colors)

When I bought it the subscription required in the title was not there. No mention of subscription and a $3 monthly fee per lamp. Called support as was having issues connecting to wifi and they said I had to pay and start subscription for it to work. The instructions do not mention this at all so seems like a new policy. The store page also does not mention this.

I bought this for my daughter and granddaughter to stay in touch and in the know. My daughter has shared custody of my granddaughter. I know it makes both feel in touch and not forgotten by one another. It’s a cute way of letting one another know that they are being thought of.
